Balancing Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual Wellness
Recovery is not just about breaking free from substances; it’s about rediscovering joy, passion, and purpose in life. Our additional services are designed to enhance the recovery experience by promoting balance in all areas of life—physical, emotional, and spiritual. Whether through physical fitness, outdoor activities, or family-focused support, these services offer residents the opportunity to rebuild their lives in meaningful ways. Research consistently shows that holistic approaches in recovery lead to better overall outcomes, helping individuals maintain sobriety long-term.
At Common Ground Recovery, we believe that having fun and engaging in life again is a crucial part of recovery. Many of our residents arrive feeling disconnected from the things that once brought them joy. Through our active recovery lifestyle, residents participate in recreational activities like fly fishing, disc golf, sober softball, hiking, rock climbing, and more. These experiences allow residents to rediscover their passions and reconnect with life in a meaningful, sober way.
In addition to our core programming and individual services, we place great importance on holistic family wellness. Addiction impacts not just the individual, but the entire family system, and we believe that healing must happen for everyone. We offer family support and coaching designed to help families navigate their own journey of recovery, providing the tools to rebuild and repair relationships. By involving family members in the recovery process, we create a supportive environment that enhances the likelihood of long-term success for our residents.
