Alex Samples was born and raised in Huntsville, AL. After graduating from Huntsville High, Alex went on to Graduate from Auburn University with a Degree in Business Management and Supply Chain Management.
During that time Alex had tried many times to get sober because of his constant struggles with substance abuse. On May 15, 2014, Alex was able to get sober and maintain sobriety which is now over 10 years ago. Alex attributes a big part of his long-term sobriety to admitting himself into a long-term sober living facility in South Florida. Since then, Alex has had a passion for helping others achieve and maintain sobriety, as well as becoming entrenched in the local community of his hometown. This is why when Jared Murray, Alex’s lifelong friend, approached him with the idea of opening a sober living facility in their hometown he had a sense of joy and urgency to help see the dream to fruition.
Now with over 10 years of sobriety Alex spends his time with his business ventures and volunteer opportunities in the local community, along with spending time with his wife Brooke and his two children Palmer and Hayes. His other hobbies include running, seeing live music, spending time on the lake and golf.
